QUALIFICATIONS/ 

REQUIREMENTS:                Licensed R.N. with at least 2 years of full-time experience in long-term or home healthcare, Train the Trainer certified. Preferred - Valid Michigan Teaching License in secondary education with a Health Occupations/Nursing Occupational Endorsement.

OVERVIEW OF

DUTIES:                                 This position requires instruction of a State approved curriculum with input from a local advisory committee in the Health Occupations area to high school students.  Instruction will include Certified Nursing Assistant Training.  Adherence to Technical Review Assistance & Compliance guidelines and National and State Standards is also required.  A high level of professionalism, content knowledge, communication skills, ability to work effectively with students and the provision of a safe learning atmosphere is essential.
