Caring for Students (C4S)

In 2019, a new initiative was introduced to expand the School Services Program: the Caring for Students (C4S) program. This Michigan reimbursement program provides mental and behavioral health services to general education students within the school system. The C4S program offers partial reimbursement for the costs associated with expanding and enhancing emotional and medical services for Medicaid-eligible general education students.
