Welding Information
The Welding Technology program provides students with hands-on experience and instruction in welding equipment setup, techniques, and processes used in today’s industry. Students will learn to work with ferrous and non-ferrous metals in flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions, gaining skills in:
- Welding theory and application
- Layout, fabrication, and repair techniques
- Safe operation of welding tools and equipment
Emphasis is placed on industry-standard safety procedures to ensure students are well-prepared for careers in welding, manufacturing, and metal fabrication.
This program is ideal for those interested in pursuing certifications, apprenticeships, or further education in the welding trade.
