Construction Trades

The Construction Trades program provides students with a wide range of hands-on experiences in the multi-faceted construction industry. Students will gain practical skills in:

• Proper use of technical vocabulary and blueprint reading
• Leveling and layout techniques
• Concrete flatwork and masonry installation
• Rough and finish carpentry
• Insulation, drywall hanging, and finishing
• Building codes, laws, and construction safety

Students will have the opportunity to work with a variety of power and hand tools, preparing them for careers in construction, carpentry, masonry, and related trades.

This program is ideal for those interested in hands-on learning and building a strong foundation for careers in the skilled trades.
